Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your phone and verification codes secure, and use the service only where you are legally permitted to do so. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Hytch provides technology used to request and coordinate transportation and support driver operations. Pickup times, routes, availability, and estimates may change because of traffic, weather, demand, safety, or other operational conditions.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent requests or operational information, threaten riders, drivers, or other users, or use Hytch for unlawful activity.

Any fare, cancellation, reimbursement, or payment terms shown for a ride or provided by an organization arranging your transportation apply to that trip. Review applicable trip details before requesting, accepting, or completing a ride.

Use reasonable care when requesting, providing, or traveling in transportation. Riders should confirm the vehicle and driver shown in the app. Drivers should confirm trip details before starting transportation. Call local emergency services when immediate assistance is required. App-based support is not a replacement for emergency services.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or service improvement. We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, Hytch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Hytch Ride SMS Verification

This is our authentication text-message program. Hytch Ride sends one-time verification codes only when a user requests authentication.

Hytch Ride SMS messages are limited to user-requested authentication and verification. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase.

Hytch Ride Operational Ride Updates

When enabled for an approved partner integration, Hytch Ride may send transactional updates for B2B or organization-arranged ride bookings, limited to confirmations, schedule, pickup, vehicle, driver, and cancellation changes. This program includes no marketing, promotions, discounts, offers, or general announcements.

Message frequency varies according to activity on the ride booking. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out and suppress future messages from this program. Reply HELP for program support information. Reply START to resume messages after opting out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these Terms. We will post the current version on this page and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
